Note: Larger homes, projects requiring extensive decluttering, or organization, or projects beyond five spaces will be quoted individually.
Pricing assumes rooms are in average lived-in condition. Homes requiring significant decluttering, organization, storage solutions, or multiple implementation days may require a custom quote.

Do I need to purchase new furniture?
No. We start by working with what you already own and focus on editing, rearranging, and styling existing furnishings whenever possible. After the consultation, you'll receive a personalized design presentation outlining recommendations for each room, including any suggested additions that would further elevate the space. Any new purchases are optional and recommended only when they meaningfully enhance the overall design.
Is this service only for homeowners preparing to sell?
No. While this package is excellent for preparing a home for listing photos and showings, many clients simply want a more functional, welcoming, and beautifully styled home to enjoy themselves.
How soon will I receive my action plan?
Typically within a few days of the consultation.
How involved do I need to be in the process?
That depends on your preference. Some clients enjoy collaborating throughout the process, while others prefer to leave the styling decisions and implementation to us. We'll tailor the experience to your comfort level.
What happens after the in-home consultation?
You'll receive a personalized design presentation outlining the vision for each room, recommended changes, styling suggestions, priority actions, and any suggested additions. Once approved, we'll move forward with implementing the plan together.
Do you help source décor and accessories?
Yes. When needed, we can recommend and source décor, artwork, lighting, textiles, accessories, and finishing touches that complement your home, style, and budget.
Do you provide styling for listing photos?
Yes. If you're preparing to sell your home, photo-day styling and final presentation support can be incorporated into the styling process to ensure your home photographs beautifully.
In terms of styling time, every home is unique and timing depends on the size of the project, scope of work, and whether additional items need to be sourced. We'll discuss timelines during your discovery call and consultation

What if I only need help with one room?
That's perfectly fine. We can focus on a single room or key area of the home while still creating a cohesive and functional result.
Can I book a refresh appointment in the future?
Yes! Many clients invite us back every 6–12 months for a refresh, before entertaining, hosting guests, or preparing for the holidays. We also offer Holiday Styling Add-Ons to help create a warm and welcoming seasonal home.
